JUSTIFICATION & REFLECTION
This artifact shows how I meet HTSB Standard #9 by reflecting on my teaching, making ethical decisions, and using feedback to support all students. I chose it because it demonstrates how I analyze student work, address challenges, and adjust instruction to ensure equity and growth.
This reflection shows who I am as an educator: someone who values student-centered learning and ethical practice. I learned about the importance of clear guidance, timely feedback, and proactive support. Moving forward, I will keep refining strategies to strengthen classroom culture, support diverse learners, and grow as a reflective, responsible teacher.
