JUSTIFICATION & REFLECTION

This artifact aligns with HTSB Standard #6 because it demonstrates how I use multiple assessment methods to monitor student progress, provide descriptive feedback, and guide instructional decisions. These strategies allow students with diverse learning styles to actively engage with the material, evaluate their own learning, and reflect on their growth. Through this experience, I’ve learned about the importance of designing accessible and structured assessments that foster genuine engagement and reflection. Moving forward, I plan to expand on this by incorporating more interactive, whole-class feedback opportunities to deepen collaboration and strengthen student understanding.
